Located on the north side of Toronto by the busy intersections of Yonge and Eglinton, our Orangetheory gym is perfectly placed to meet the needs of your busy lifestyle. Our studio gives you everything you need to get in and out quickly, find a fun and fast-paced workout, and even shower and get ready for the rest of your day in our clean locker rooms.
Most of our workouts incorporate 12 interval-based exercise stations over the course of an hour. Our 45-minute classes will help you blast through calories even faster using the same format. You'll get time to build endurance on the treadmill and on rowing machines, and you can build strength using free weights and body weight-based exercises. Our group sessions have room for up to 25 people at a time.
You will be led by professional coaches who can help you achieve your personal best and exceed your fitness expectations. Our trainers are friendly and will get to know you on a first-name basis. They will take the time to learn about your fitness goals and walk you through each workout so that you can exercise safely and effectively.
Because of our encouraging atmosphere, we welcome clients of all fitness levels, ages and exercise programs. Parents of all ages, young professionals and toned athletes who are looking for a new workout routine will all fit in well at Orangetheory.
If you are looking for an upbeat, high-energy way to get into shape, burn calories, gain strength and feel better about yourself, our Toronto Orangetheory studio will be a great fitness option for you. Contact our Yonge and Eglinton location at (416) 441-1326, or find us online to learn more about our easy payment plans and schedule your first class.
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
